These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Krishnam Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of the All Bank Balance Passbook Android application (the "App") and the operator of allbankpassbook.app (the "Site"). By installing, accessing or using the App or Site (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Nature of the Service
The App is an independent third-party utility that helps you access publicly available banking services such as missed-call balance enquiry, SMS-based mini statement, bank holiday information, EPF lookup links, customer care directories and net banking shortcuts. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with any bank, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), EPFO, NPCI, or any government authority.
The App does not perform any banking transaction. It does not transfer money, deposit funds, issue cheques, generate statements on behalf of a bank, or hold any funds.
3. Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any unlawful manner, or to commit any unlawful act.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App.
- Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the App.
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicence or commercially exploit the App or any part of it.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, impersonate or harm any person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, our systems, or any other user's data.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a manner that disrupts it.
5. Bank information & accuracy
The App displays information sourced from banks' own missed-call and SMS services, from public bank websites, from EPFO public services, and from SMS messages on your device. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
You should always verify any critical financial information directly with your bank before acting on it. We are not responsible for any decision you make based solely on information displayed in the App.
6. Third-party services
The App provides links and shortcuts to third-party services including banks' websites, missed-call numbers, customer care helplines, EPFO services, and Google Play Services. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party's own terms.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the App, the Site, our logos and brand assets are owned by Krishnam Apps or our licensors. Bank names, logos and trademarks referenced inside the App are the property of their respective owners and are used only for the purpose of identifying the relevant bank service. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
8. Fees & carrier charges
The App is provided free of charge. However:
- Your mobile carrier may charge for SMS messages sent to or from bank service numbers.
- Your mobile carrier may charge for missed calls or short-duration calls placed to bank service numbers as per your tariff plan.
- Use of mobile data while inside the App may consume your data plan.
We are not responsible for any carrier charges incurred while using the App.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that any information displayed in the App is accurate or current.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Krishnam Apps, its officers, employees, contractors or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or financial loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees) or the equivalent in your local currency.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krishnam Apps and its representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your violation of any law or any third party's rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification and governing law survive termination.
13. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice through the App or Site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
