Refund Policy — All Bank Balance Passbook

1. The app is free

All Bank Balance Passbook is provided free of charge on the Google Play Store. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no premium paid tiers at this time. As a result, in the vast majority of cases there is nothing to refund.

2. Carrier charges

When you use the App, your mobile network operator may charge you for SMS messages or calls to your bank's official balance-enquiry numbers, as per your tariff plan. These charges are levied by your mobile carrier — not by Krishnam Apps. We have no control over carrier billing and cannot issue refunds for such charges. Please refer to your carrier for any related refund requests.

3. Future paid features (if introduced)

If we ever introduce paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases, the following will apply:

All paid purchases will be processed through Google Play Billing. Google's own refund policies and procedures will govern such transactions. You can review Google Play's refund process at the official Google Play Help Center.
For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time from your Google Play account. Cancellation will prevent future renewals; refunds for the current billing period are at Google's discretion in accordance with their policies.
We may, at our sole discretion, provide additional courtesy refunds for verified billing errors. Contact us within 7 days of the purchase for such requests.

4. How to request a refund through Google Play

Open play.google.com and sign in with the Google account used for the purchase.
Navigate to your order history.
Locate the relevant order and select "Request a refund."
Follow the on-screen instructions and submit your request.

Refunds are processed by Google according to their published refund timelines and policies.
